Do the many unforeseen or ‘unthinkable’ developments since 2014 onwards reveal significant failings of modern leadership? We started our investigation in 2015, under the Churchill 2015 21st Century Statesmanship Global Leaders Programme. It was set up to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Sir Winston Churchill’s death. It was a time when many were asking if contemporary leadership matches that of Sir Winston during World War Two. Our “Thinking The Unthinkable” inquiry began as part of the Churchill15 Programme. It has since developed its own dynamic. You can download the report from here.
